Review of the genus Togoda Melichar, 1906 (Hemiptera, Auchenorrhyncha, Fulgoroidea, Tropiduchidae), with descriptions of three new species from tropical Africa and Madagascar

The tropiduchid genus Togoda Melichar, 1906 is reviewed, with a type species, Togoda africana Melichar, 1906, redescribed and three new species from the Central African Republic, Mozambique, and Madagascar described and illustrated. A key to species is given. Wing morphology of Trienopini Fennah, 1954 is discussed.
