Comments regarding the identity and typification of two species of Cynorkis Thouars (Orchidaceae, Orchidioideae, Habenariinae) from the Mascarene Islands

Comments and corrections on two recent papers regarding the nomenclature and typification of some Cynorkis Thouars from Mauritius and La Réunion are presented, namely the identity of Cynorkis inermis (Thouars) Hermans & P.J.Cribb and the typification of Cynorkis micrantha (Frapp. ex Cordem.) Schltr. The typification of C. arnottioides Rchb.f. is also mentioned.
